Inter–Rail offers management and non-management positions. Non-management positions include unloaders, shuttlers, check-point services, engineers, clerical, and supervisory staff. Entry-level management positions are available periodically for those individuals willing to travel and relocate. Inter–Rail provides training and certifications as necessary by job classification.

 To be eligible for employment, the following minimum requirements must be met.

  • 18 Years of Age
  • Pass Drug Screen
  • Pass E-railsafe Background Check to Secure a Badge
  • Valid Driver’s License with Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Valid I-9 Documentation
